Thousands of brands are born each year, and when I was contemplating creating mine, I knew it had to meet certain principles in order for me to feel truly fulfilled.

At its core, this brand is about honoring the legacy of Italian craftsmanship. Arts and craftsmanship run through my veins, and I am deeply passionate about preserving these traditions—and I hope to inspire others to feel the same. I’ve always admired the Italian way of buying: choosing something not because it’s trendy for a season, but because of how it’s made, its timeless design, and the fact that it will last a lifetime. That philosophy is something I aspire to achieve through Viani. 

If I was going to be in the business of creating products, it had to be done in a way that reflected my personal values and prioritized environmental responsibility—not as an afterthought, but as a guiding principle. We’re intentional about avoiding the pitfalls of overproduction. Quite simply, if something doesn’t serve a purpose, it shouldn’t be made.

This brand is also an expression of creativity. I come from a long lineage of creatives and nothing brings me more joy than working with color and texture. Each season and every collaboration is an opportunity for my team and I to push our creative boundaries while staying true to our essence and values.  The opportunity to do this and to share it with you is a gift.
